 Gavan and Sally Spring have two children together. In their spare time they have developed unique properties including a boutique country retreat in the N.S.W. Southern Highlands, a 249 year old ski chalet in the French Alpine village of Morzine, a 5 bedroom Villa in Dubai and a three level corporate town house in Horsham, West Sussex, United Kingdom.

Professionally, Captain Spring was an Examiner of Airmen on the B777 for Emirates Airline and was formerly with Ansett Australia where he also held the position of Chairman of Trustees of the Ansett Accumulation (Pension) Fund Plan. He holds a Masters degree from Sydney University and attended the Oxford University Transport Management Course in 1998.

Currently consultant COO of Koala Airlines and full time Geelong Grammar School Timbertop Campus Business Manager, Sally has a Masters degree (MBA) from the University of Liverpool in the U.K. Formerly a Senior Lecturer at Emirates Aviation University and has worked in Training and Development in the Airline, Banking, Insurance and Property Industries.
